Hi there,
Thank you for the opportunity to connect.
At AWOMANUP, we’re passionate about equipping women—and those they work with—with the tools to have fulfilling careers while contributing to the success of the organizations they support. We believe that when women thrive, everyone benefits, creating a positive ripple effect that drives long-term success for both individuals and businesses.
So, my career began with transformative work in staffing—launching and revamping offices across the U.S. while advising C-suite leaders and hiring managers on attracting and retaining top talent. Along the way, I addressed challenges others were hesitant to confront—racism, ableism, sexism, and biases that created barriers for women and underrepresented groups. Not with a hammer, but with actionable solutions in the spaces I was privileged to access. I also had the privilege of working with companies and managers who excelled in creating inclusive cultures that fueled collaboration and success.
Overall, these experiences reinforced my belief that waiting for systemic change is a significant ask for any organization. Instead, we must partner strategically and advocate actively for equity. When this happens, everyone wins:
Equity isn’t just a buzzword to me—it’s about ensuring fair opportunities, recognition, and pay. That’s why I reframe Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) as Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity (EID)—because true diversity only flourishes when equity and inclusion come first.
When life turned my world upside down whether facing corporate roadblocks, navigating a devastating divorce, and raising young kids while starting over—I didn’t have a roadmap. So, I built one. These experiences, combined with decades of professional insight, became the foundation for frameworks that help women reclaim their autonomy, dignity, and influence.
What Drives Me
What I Believe
Real change doesn’t come from telling women to "do better" or "be more." It happens when we teach them how—how to earn more, thrive at work, and build meaningful partnerships. True progress requires training, mentorship, safe spaces, and organizations committed to the power of inclusion.
Why It Matters
When women win, we all win. Empowered women uplift families, strengthen companies, and transform communities. I create tools and strategies to ensure success isn’t just achievable—it’s sustainable.
Let’s Talk
I’d love to hear your thoughts on empowering the women who contribute to driving your organization’s success and explore how we can collaborate to create meaningful impact together.
Warmly,
Traci
